Senzo Mbhele, the Managing Director of Cloud On Demand, has built a diverse career across the UK and South Africa, grounded in marketing and business administration.

His career began as a youth coordinator at Scripture Union Independent Schools, focusing on leadership training and youth development. His journey continued as a programme facilitator at the Lee Abbey Fellowship in the UK in 2005, followed by a sales agent role at the Carphone Warehouse in London in 2006. Returning to South Africa in 2007, he engaged in youth work at St Luke’s Anglican Church in Johannesburg.

In 2010, Senzo’s career took a strategic turn when he joined Step Advisory, a strategy and management boutique consulting firm, where he played a pivotal role in strategy formulation and growth strategy rollouts across various industries.

From 2016 his role as strategy programme manager at Tarsus Technology Group allowed him to work at the confluence of logistics and IT, playing a central role in linking the executive team with the rest of the business. His extensive experience in leadership and strategy led him to Tarsus Technology Group in 2020, where he became the Head of Employee Experience, focusing on well-being, strategic integration, and proactive leadership during the global health crisis.

Senzo’s early work with youth instilled a belief in the value of positive guidance and the lasting impact of informed leadership. He values culturally aware leadership and thrives on connecting ideas in a rapidly evolving environment.
