As a Market Development Consultant for Cloud On Demand (COD), you will work closely with the greater 

Demand Generation Team.

Your responsibilities as a Market Development Consultant will include identifying, engaging, and onboarding new IT resellers to expand our partner ecosystem. This role involves outreach, qualification, and relationship management to ensure resellers successfully adopt and sell our cloud solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Identify and recruit potential Partners (Cloud Resellers and MSPs).
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to potential IT resellers.
• Qualify leads and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Manage and support onboarding processes for new partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective interactions in CRM systems.

Education:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. (Advantageous)

Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Business development, Sales, or Partner Management. (Advantageous)
• Strong understanding of cloud solutions (Microsoft, AWS, etc.). (Advantageous)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
