We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can translate business objectives into impactful campaign strategies.


As part of the Campaign Management team, you will work with Marketing Ops to assist with the planning, execution, tracking, and optimisation of campaigns across all platforms, including HubSpot, Google AdWords and Display, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 


Your platform expertise, along with the strong relationships you build with Service Providers, Vendors, and other key role players, will ensure that you provide top-notch communication strategies and impactful reporting for the Demand Generation team, of which you will be a key part.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end campaign delivery, and ensure all activities are aligned with organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimise end-to-end marketing campaigns across platforms including HubSpot, Google Ads, Display, LinkedIn, and Facebook.


• Manage the company’s HubSpot environment, including campaign setup, automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and database maintenance.


• Build, execute, and report on email campaigns and automated journeys, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.


• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to provide insights into campaign performance, marketing contribution to pipeline, and overall digital engagement.


• Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and vendors to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to strategic objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign delivery and communication.


• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare detailed reports and insights to guide future campaign decisions.


• Ensure campaigns are structured to deliver measurable business outcomes, including lead generation, conversion, and ROI.


• Support the Demand Generation team with campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.


• Provide clear post-campaign analysis and recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency.


• Keep abreast of best practices in marketing automation, analytics, and cloud technology marketing to drive continuous improvement.


• Apply sound financial and business acumen to ensure campaigns deliver measurable value and align with company objectives.


Education & Experience:


• Matric

 
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing (Advantageous)

 
• 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role

 
• Understanding of Microsoft CSP (O365, D365, Azure)


• GDN/ Google Certifications

 
• Digital Marketing Certification

 
• Power BI and SQL knowledge (Advantageous)


Skills & Knowledge:


• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Display Network, and LinkedIn.

 
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub.

 
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and basic formula logic.

 
• Ability to manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and ROI measurements accurately.

 
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex campaign data into clear insights.

 
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

 
• Ability to present campaign results and recommendations confidently.

 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and optimise campaigns accordingly.

 
• Creative thinker who can propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance.

 
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and acts with ownership.

 
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
